Delivery and availability
We hold large stocks of all items in our Catalogue range, and most items will
be despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering (weekend not included),
but do allow for the post. Our trained staff are willing to help whether it
be one item or a large order.
All orders received after 3.00pm will be processed the next working day. |

Postage and packing
All deliveries

the UK
are charged
at £1 up
to an order
value of
£10. Thereafter,
P&P is
charged
at 10%
of the
order value.

All deliveries
to mainland

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us quoting
your Order Number and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Please mark the parcel "Returns Department" and let us know the reason
for the return. Alternatively please email or telephone us with any query you
may have. |

Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within
21 days quoting your Order Number. We will replace without questioning or,
if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee is in addition
to your statutory rights. |

In addition to the above credit card / debit cards you can also pay by cheque
or Postal Order.
If you are paying by cheque it must be drawn on a UK bank
and made payable in pounds sterling to "Sew Simple
Norfolk Ltd". Please be sure to write your e-mail
address and cheque guarantee card number on the reverse
of the cheque.
When paying by this method we will process your order as soon as we receive
and clear your cheque, this will unfortunately slow down the dispatch time.
