Delivery and availability
All orders are subject to items being in stock and their availability. We aim to process all orders received by 3.00pm on the next working day and most items will be despatched within 48 hours of ordering(weekend not included), but do allow for the post. All deliveries within mainland UK are charged depending on weight/size and packaging unless otherwise stated.For all deliveries outside of mainland UK please telephone for price information. Our trained staff are willing to help whether it be one item or a large order so please contact us with any queries.
Purchases through our website are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us
quoting your Order Number and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please mark the parcel "Returns Department" and let us know the reason for the return.
Alternatively please email or telephone us with any query you may have.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 28 days quoting your Order Number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. If a refund is given this will be made the same way as the original payment was received. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
The quickest and easiest way to pay is to use a Paypal account or enter your credit card details. We accept VISA, MasterCard, EC Card and Switch.
We understand however that you may prefer not to submit potentially sensitive information in this way,so you can select the items you require and place your order by telephoning our sales line on 01603 262870.
If you are paying by cheque it must be drawn on a UK bank and made payable in pounds sterling to "Sew Simple Norfolk Ltd". Please be sure to write the registered account address on the reverse of the cheque. When paying by cheque we will process your order as soon as we receive and clear your cheque, this will unfortunately slow down the dispatch time. Cheques should be sent to the following address:

Value Added Tax
Sew Simple Norfolk Ltd. is a UK company and is required by law to collect Value Added Tax (VAT). This means that customers resident in the fiscal VAT territory of the European Community (EC) are generally subject to VAT at 20% on the price of items purchased in line with the increase by the UK government on 3rd January 2011. The prices shown on Sew Simple Online are, where applicable, inclusive of VAT. A few items such as some publications are zero-rated. If you are resident outside the fiscal VAT territory of the EC then you do not pay VAT.
